It's Not One O'clock

This is a digit clock. It can speak. It will only tell you What Time It Isnt . Its just for fun. By the way, it also has colorful digits.

[Background Story] In the second page, there are two mice. They are Angel and Ben. Angel is responsible for speaking the sound through the tiny microphone. Ben is responsible for drawing the time digits in the first page. They help Tom make Lisa laugh. However, Angle only want to say "what time it isnt". Tom, Lisa and Ben dont mind it. They all know Angel.
